4) Equity - Every Human Being is Equal Value (1741 Characters)
as proven in numbers by the "1000 Genomes Project”
Quantitative Analysis of the Human Genome Project in the "1000 Genomes Project" revealed the remarkable fact that essentially every human being has the same set of genes, the same Human Genome.
The implications of this are profound:
Every Human Being is of Equal Value
if provided with the proper growth and education opportunities.
As a Genomics researcher, I was aware of the results of the 1000 Genomes Project, which had recently been published in 2015. We now have enough numerical data from human genetics and genomics studies to state with certainty that every human being has essentially the same set of genes, the same genome.
Therefore, individuals from every ethnic group can have the same potential, if provided the proper education and growth requirements.
This is no longer just a guess, or a hypothesis.
This is the genetic basis for the long-held belief by many that:
"Every human being is of equal value, regardless of race or skin-color".

One of the first persons to reply to my Essay was Craig Mello, a world-leader (Nobel laureate) in Genetics, who had written such a substantial response, that I decided to revise the plan for the TAR Project, and to invite others to write their own Essays on the same or related topics.
Craig and I are both Pew Scholars in Biomedical Sciences, and we agreed to collaborate on a new revised TAR Project to invite other Pew Scholars write their own essays in response to my original Essay. to meet at the then upcoming 2015 Pew Scholars Covention.
